Ege Bostancı

I combine hands-on support-operations experience with AI, automation and self-hosted infrastructure, and build systems that make repetitive operational work safer, measurable and human-supervised.

What I do

AI workflow operations

LLM steps behind strict contracts, deterministic fallbacks and mandatory human review — measured on synthetic data before anything touches a real request.

Technical & support operations

Years on the support floor: triage, escalation, policy-aware handling, and the habit of asking what a system does when it is wrong.

Self-hosted automation

n8n, Docker, Coolify and a Linux VPS I run myself, with monitoring that stays quiet until it has something to say.

Projects

AI Support Operations Copilot

In Development

An operations copilot that classifies synthetic support requests, detects urgency and missing information, flags security-sensitive content, and routes every result to human review.

Quiet VPS Watchdog

In Production

A deterministic readiness check for a self-hosted server that alerts once when something breaks, stays silent while it persists, and reports once when it recovers. No LLM in the check path; no autonomous restarts.

ShiftScan

In Development

A photo of a shift roster becomes a calendar file, and an optional planner places user-defined activities into the free time. Stateless, with every model answer validated before it is used and a rule-based fallback when no model is configured.

Writing, in Turkish

I write in Turkish about self-hosting, automation and the systems I run day to day. An archive from my old blog İşsiz Adam, spanning 2012–2019, lives here too.
